All of our staff is trained in the health care needs of patients who identify as transgender. Our front desk is trained on how to help with the insurance forms to protect their transitioned identity, and our therapists are trained in how to manage physical changes associated with gender affirming hormone treatments, even as far as gender affirming surgery pre and post-op care.Â
All 3 clinics are designated by LGBTQ+Allies of Lake County as a Safe Space for the Transgender Community.
